Free Cancellation
We understand travel plans and circumstances change and so provide 100% free cancellations up until 30 days prior to your arrival (no credit card fees, no administration fees, no lost deposit). As we are a small operator, once inside the 30 days your booking is confirmed and we are no longer able to issue refunds as we are holding the room for you.
